Comets Lose on the Road

It was a very hot sunny day in Little Rock, AR. Comets FC traveled nearly four hours to play the Little Rock Rangers. The game started out as usual with a high press out of Comets. Catalan beats a defender and shoots in the bottom right corner to take your Comets up 1-0 at the half. Second half, tired legs and lack of subs came into play for your Comets. LRR sent a ball in down the line, Merino slides to block it, rolls off his foot and gives LRR an easy 1on1. Second half keeps going and LRR send a cross in to win a header in the box to make it 1-2. Last five minutes of the game, they send an enormous long ball passed half to score 1on1 to finish the score out at 1-3.
